This Privacy Policy ("Policy"), together with the Terms Of Use (collectively, "Terms") specify the Terms on which iDive provides services ("Services") through the iDive booking platform ("Platform") as may be made available through our website (www.idive.site together with all related domains, collectively "Website" or "Site"). When we refer to "You" or "User", we mean any person that accesses or uses the Services

Please read this and our Terms Of Use carefully as it contains important information on who we are, how we collect, use, disclose and protect the personal information of users, in compliance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APP's). Access to our services is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not intentionally collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. We do not collect or store your financial details, such as credit or debit card numbers. All payment transactions on our platform are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processing provider. iDive does not directly handle or retain this information.

In the event of a suspected or confirmed security incident, we have clear protocols in place to investigate and determine whether a data breach has occurred. Where legally required, we will notify affected users in accordance with the Privacy Act.
